According to a police report, a confidential source also reported that two maintenance employees were buying and selling marijuana and Adderall from the facility, and that one was stealing motor oil.

Only the name of the employee who was eventually charged, Kenneth Fullam, 60, of Burrillville, was unredacted in the report, which The Boston Globe obtained Wednesday through a records request.
