Delota Corp. (formerly Spyder Cannabis Inc.) is a Canadian publicly traded (TSXV: LOTA) retail house of licensed brands (including SPDR Cannabis, Offside Cannabis, and leading omnichannel vape retailer 180 Smoke Vape Store) servicing adult cannabis and nicotine users.

Delota is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and currently operates three dispensaries (SPDR Cannabis and Offside Cannabis) and 26 specialty vape stores (180 Smoke) in the province, projecting to raise that total to eight cannabis dispensaries across Ontario by early 2022.
