Cannabis hidden in tea packets in Saigon, over 30 kg seized in drug bust
Three people in HCMC were arrested Wednesday for hiding cannabis inside packets of tea and selling them.
Tran Nhat Vinh, 29, Tran Tri Minh Sang, 21, and Luu Thi Thai were arrested by Tan Binh District police as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
